MY ACIM JOURNEY TOOK A DARK TURN - CAN ANYONE HELP?!

I've been studying A Course in Miracles for a while now, and I thought it was truly helping me. {But lately, things have taken a unsettling turn. My dreams are filled with horrific visions. My thoughts are constantly racing and I feel like I'm losing my grip on reality. Has anyone else felt this way during their ACIM journey? I need help, please!
